Our story
I started helping folks in North Florida buy houses over 20 years ago. The mission has not changed: understand the need, read the risk, and eliminate the complexity of buying and owning a home. What changed is scale. Today we help insure many parts of the ownership experience for a whole lot more homeowners.
Technology does the boring part. Our quoting platform pulls property data, prior claims, and carrier appetite in minutes instead of days, so a licensed agent spends their time on the judgment calls — deductibles, roof provisions, liability limits — instead of retyping your address into eight portals.
We are paid by the carrier that ultimately writes your policy, and we are not owned by any of them. That is the whole business model: if the fit is wrong, we move you.
